Telehealth for women's metabolic & hormonal health
OptiME Health is built for the woman who feels off but keeps getting told she's fine. We find what conventional medicine misses, and build the protocol that brings her home to herself. Health built for her next 40 years.
The cost of being dismissed
Three years of "her labs are normal."
Five years of "try to sleep more."
A decade of weight that won't move. Moods that swing. Sleep that won't come. A body that doesn't feel like hers.
Every year she spends being dismissed is a year she loses. Bone density. Muscle. Metabolic flexibility. The window to act on perimenopause before it acts on her. The chance to build the body that carries her through her next forty years.
She was never the problem. The system was not built to look for what's wrong with her.
We were.
We run the panels conventional medicine skips. Full thyroid. Sex hormones. Metabolic markers. Inflammation. The data that finally explains what she has been feeling.
No more guessing. Nutrition. Movement. Supplementation. Peptides. Hormones. GLP-1 when indicated. Every piece tied to her labs, her body, and her life.
Board-certified Nurse Practitioners trained in functional and longevity medicine. She is not a chart. She is not a co-pay. She is a woman who deserves answers.
The guide
She has sat in that exam room. She has heard "her labs look great." She has watched the door close on a conversation she needed to have.
We built OptiME because the women in our own lives, our mothers, our friends, ourselves, were being failed by the same system we were trained inside. So we left it.
This is not wellness. This is medicine, done right.
Three phases. Each one tied to her biology. Each one designed to do its job and hand off cleanly to the next.
Stabilize hormones and appetite.
She starts with a clinical intake and the lab panel most doctors won't order. We find what is actually happening in her body. Inflammation calms. Hunger steadies. The conversation begins.
Muscle, metabolism, new patterns.
We build her protocol. Nutrition, movement, supplementation, hormones, peptides, GLP-1 when indicated. Strength returns. Metabolic capacity grows. Every piece is tied to her data and her life.
Ownership and independence.
She does not just feel better. She becomes the version of herself she forgot was possible. She owns her body well enough to make her own decisions, adjust when life shifts, and keep going.
OptiME Health is a telehealth-based clinical practice for women navigating metabolic health, hormonal optimization, perimenopause, and longevity. We work with the woman who has done everything right and still feels wrong. The one whose labs come back "normal" while her energy, her sleep, her body, and her mind tell her otherwise.
We use the same diagnostic tools as any clinic. We read them through a different lens. We do not wait for disease. We look for the early signals, the patterns, the small drift that conventional medicine misses until it has already gone too far.
Our work spans four pillars. Nutrition. Movement. Supplementation and peptides. Hormonal therapy. Each one clinically grounded. Each one personalized. Each one tied to a single outcome. Her, feeling like herself again, and staying that way.
This is not a quick fix. This is health built for her next 40 years.
"For the first time in fifteen years, I feel like I am living in my body instead of fighting it."
"I stopped tracking what I ate and started tracking how I felt. That changed everything."
"My energy is back. My sleep is back. My labs finally tell the truth about my body."

Every protocol, every conversation, every care decision at OptiME passes through four non-negotiable beliefs. They are why our outcomes hold.
Aesthetic thinness fades. Muscle, bone density, and physical resilience are what carry her through decade after decade. We build what holds.
Counting calories misses the metric that matters. Nutrient density, protein adequacy, and metabolic stability build the body she will need at sixty. Not the body she had at thirty.
Short-term results without long-term sustainability are not success. They are delays. We build what holds for forty years, not four months.
The hardest plan she can stick to is not the plan she should follow. We build protocols that fit her life, her hormones, and her energy. Sustainable beats severe. Every time.
OptiME Health is for the woman who has been told her labs are normal while her body, sleep, energy, and mind are telling her otherwise. She is typically between 35 and 60, navigating metabolic dysfunction, perimenopause, hormonal change, or long-term weight resistance that conventional medicine has not solved. She is done with quick fixes and ready for clinical care built around her biology.
OptiME is a telehealth clinical practice, not a wellness brand. Care is led by board-certified Nurse Practitioners with prescriptive authority. We run comprehensive lab panels, write clinical protocols, prescribe medications including GLP-1 when indicated, and adjust based on real data. Wellness coaches give her recipes. We give her diagnostics, prescriptions, and a 90-day clinical plan tied to her labs.
No. GLP-1 therapy is one tool among many. Whether it is right for her is a clinical decision made together, based on her history, her labs, and her goals. The program works without medication for women who do not need it or do not want it. The protocol around nutrition, movement, hormones, and recovery does the heavy lifting either way.
OptiME currently serves patients across 7 states via telehealth, with our founder Samantha Han, FNP-BC, holding full independent scope of practice in Florida and active clinical presence in California. New states are added as our clinical team expands. Book a consultation to confirm coverage for her state.
Many women notice changes in energy, hunger signaling, and body composition within the first 4 to 8 weeks of Reset. Meaningful, durable change typically develops over 4 to 6 months of consistent engagement. Results vary by starting point, adherence, and clinical history. We promise the protocol. We do not promise an outcome.
OptiME operates outside of insurance to provide the depth of care, lab work, and clinical time that insurance reimbursement cannot support. HSA and FSA funds are typically accepted for the program and labs. We provide superbills she can submit to her insurance for possible partial reimbursement at her plan's discretion.
OptiME Sculpt is the trademarked movement protocol built specifically for the female body after 35. Two sessions per week, 39 minutes each, training in Zones 4 to 5 with full-body resistance. CORE8 is the eight non-negotiable movements that anchor every Sculpt session. Both are proprietary protocols, available only inside the OptiME program.
The Reclaim phase, weeks 10 through 12, transitions her from program-supported to independently managing her health. After the 90 days, she has the option to continue with ongoing clinical care, periodic lab work, and protocol adjustments. The program is built to make her independent. Not dependent.

Founded to give women the clinical, structural, longevity-focused care that should already be standard. And isn't. Built by a woman, for women, with no shortcuts.

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner · Founder
Samantha Han, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women's metabolic and longevity medicine. She trained at UCLA, completed advanced training in hormone optimization and metabolic dysfunction, and built her clinical methodology from a single conviction: that women deserve a standard of care built around thriving, not the absence of disease.
She built OptiME because she could not find it when she needed it. And neither could the hundreds of women who had come to her over a decade of clinical practice, exhausted, gaining weight they couldn't explain, being told their labs were "fine."

Health is Wealth. For every woman.
OptiME did not start as a company. It started as one woman trying to find her way back to herself.
In 2021, I was postpartum with two babies under eighteen months, far from family, working through a pandemic, and the heaviest and most depleted I had ever been. I had about two hours, twice a week, that I could call my own. And for years, I had been told I was not consistent. That I never finished what I started.
So I stopped trying to build the perfect routine, and built the one I could actually keep. Under forty minutes. Twice a week. Hard enough to clear my mind and give me back to myself. I showed up, rain or shine. And I have kept showing up for five years.
That protocol became OptiME Sculpt. And the lesson inside it became the whole company. You do not need more time, more willpower, or a perfect streak. You need something built for the life you actually live. Something you can return to, again and again.
If you have ever been told you were the problem, we built this for you. You were never the problem. You were just never given the right thing. Welcome home.
Samantha Han, FNP-BC

Every OptiME service is designed to be combined. None of them work as well alone as they do as part of the OptiME Method. Choose your entry point. We'll guide the rest.
Every program above is delivered through three phases. Designed to address every domain of biology and psychology simultaneously.
Identify the root, not the symptom. Give the body the conditions to begin healing. Baseline labs, GLP-1 onboarding, nutrition foundation, nervous system intake.
Build metabolic infrastructure. Strength training, protein density, mindset and cortisol work. Her body is no longer in survival mode. It is becoming antifragile.
Longevity optimization. Not just weight lost. Life reclaimed. Energy, clarity, identity. She moves from managing symptoms to optimizing her decade.
A clinician-led, hormone-smart, strength-forward program engineered to deliver lasting metabolic transformation. The complete OptiME Method, in its most complete form.
Baseline labs. GLP-1 onboarding (if indicated). Nutrition foundation. First Sculpt sessions. Identifying the patterns silently running her metabolism.
Strength load increases. Mindset and cortisol work intensifies. Mid-cycle labs and protocol adjustment. Her body shifts from survival mode to building mode.
Identity rewiring. Maintenance scaffolding. Real-life protocols. Final labs review. Graduation to alumni community and quarterly check-ins.
The full clinical arc. Each week builds on the last. Each milestone is measurable. Nothing is improvised.
30-minute clinician sessions every week. Real human relationship. Not chatbots.
Three comprehensive 38-panel bloodworks across the program with functional interpretation.
If clinically indicated. Compounded or branded. Adjusted week by week as your body responds.
Female-physiology-specific strength + HIIT. 30-minute sessions, 3× weekly. Follow-along.
Our proprietary protein density framework. No tracking. No deprivation. Real food.
Weekly modules on cortisol, identity, nervous system, and the patterns underneath the patterns.
Cohort-based. Built so you go through the program alongside women in your exact stage.
Direct line to the clinical team. 24-hour response time on weekdays. No phone-tree purgatory.
Quarterly check-ins for life. The program ends; the relationship doesn't.
No. GLP-1 is prescribed only when clinically indicated and only with the member's full consent. The OptiME Method works with or without it.
We screen carefully during intake. For some women, our methodology is supportive. For others, we recommend specialist care first. Either way, we are honest with you.
Hero Program tuition is self-pay. Labs may be partially reimbursed via your insurance. We provide superbills. GLP-1 medication may also be reimbursable in some cases.
Life happens. Travel, family, work. We plan around real life. Sessions reschedule, asynchronous content waits, and the Continue Until You Win™ guarantee means you finish when you finish.
For prescription services, yes. We are licensed in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Washington, and Colorado, with more states coming. Non-prescription services are available everywhere.
Twenty women per cohort. Six spots left. Apply now to claim yours. Or join the waitlist for the following round.
The full journey from your first form to your annual longevity strategy review. Designed to feel as much like care as it does like clinical medicine.
A short application form. We're getting a sense of who you are, what you've tried, and what you need. Five minutes. No payment. Used to determine fit, not to filter you out.
A complimentary thirty-minute call with our team. Not a sales pitch. A real conversation about her goals, her concerns, and whether we're the right fit. She leaves with clarity either way.
A 60-minute deep-dive with your clinician. Full medical, hormonal, and lifestyle history. We order baseline labs and start designing your personalized protocol that same week.
Ninety days of weekly clinician sessions, daily protocols, training, nutrition, mindset modules, and 24-hour async messaging access. Real care, every week. Real human relationships.
The program ends; the relationship doesn't. Alumni stay supported with quarterly clinical check-ins, continuing education across hormones, metabolism, and longevity research, annual longevity strategy reviews, recheck labs at member rates, monthly expert AMAs, and access to the private alumni community. New research becomes new protocol. New protocol becomes her care. This is the standard of care that should always have been hers. And now is, for life.
Investment is structured around level of clinical care and accountability. Choose monthly to spread the work over ninety days. Or pay in full and save up to $300. Either way, every dollar funds clinical time, real labs, and a woman who is finally being heard.
Every tier includes the full clinical foundation. The differences are in coaching cadence, lab convenience, and depth of optimization. Pay in full and save up to $300.

Built specifically for women in this decade. The protocol that prevents the scale-down spiral most weight-loss programs cause.
Worth $699Her time back. No waiting rooms, no parking lots.
A clinical experience designed around her life, not the lab's schedule. A trained phlebotomist comes to her. At home, at work, wherever works.
Worth $199 per drawA coach in her corner every single week.
The difference between a program that works and one that fades is days, not weeks. We catch drift on day three. Not week three.
Worth $999 in private coachingA practical starter kit to support her transformation. Delivered to her door, ready to use.
The everyday tools that make her program stick. We are not selling medication or shipping prescriptions. This package contains the practical accessories she will actually use through her 90 days. Each item is selected for quality, packaged with care, and shipped the moment she enrolls.
Worth $399She's never alone in this. Not during her care. Not after.
Faster clinical response times. A vetted community of women in the exact same season of life. This is the support that turns her care into a long-term transformation, not a short-term reset.
Included · Members-onlyFor the woman starting from scratch.
A true picture of where her metabolism actually is. Not what "normal range" says it should be.
Standard labs flag fewer than 20% of the metabolic shifts women face in their 40s and 50s. We test the markers her doctor doesn't. And translate the data into a plan.
Worth $397+Medication used the way it's supposed to be. Paired with method, not handed over without one.
GLP-1s alone aren't transformation. We dose at the lowest effective amount, monitor tolerance, and never push her past what her body needs.
Worth $499 per cycleA way of eating she can actually live with. Built around her schedule, budget, and family.
She doesn't need another diet. She needs a system. We replace rules with frameworks she can run on autopilot.
Worth $350+ vs. private dietitianA leaner, stronger version of herself. Not a smaller, weaker one.
Weight loss without strength is a trap. Our protocol is low-injury, high-result, designed to preserve the muscle her future self will thank her for.
Worth $1,198 vs. trainer + coachingFor the full transformation system.
The full clinical foundation. Labs, cardiometabolic, thyroid.
Worth $397+Lowest effective dose, weekly titration, side-effect management.
Worth $499A clinician-designed eating system she runs on autopilot.
Worth $350+Midlife-specific programming that preserves muscle while she leans.
Worth $699Mobile phlebotomy. Her time, her place.
Worth $199A coach in her corner every single week.
Worth $999Workout timer, measuring tape, resistance bands, Liquid IV hydration. Not medication.
Worth $399The next level of transformation. Energy, sleep, libido, clarity, return.
Most women in their 40s and 50s are profoundly hormonally undertested. This is what separates "I feel good" from "I feel like myself again."
Worth $399+ at specialty clinicsTargeted clinical support for the outcome she's pursuing. Fat loss, recovery, cognition, or sleep.
Therapeutic peptides are currently used as off-label treatments and are not yet FDA-approved for the indications we apply them to. We handle them the right way. By a clinician who has prescribed them for years. Not an internet forum or a gray-market source. She chooses the goal. We design the protocol.
Worth $499+ at boutique clinicsWhen it matters, she gets the answer from the founder herself. Plus 30% off, for life.
She has the direct ear of the clinician who built this program. And a permanent 30% discount on peptides and supplements, as long as she's a member or alumna.

Outcomes from women who walked the full OptiME Method. Ninety days, three phases, and the work of returning to themselves.
Maria came to OptiME exhausted, gaining despite eating less, and convinced something was being missed. Comprehensive labs revealed three patterns no one had flagged before. Ninety days later. Energy back, 19 lbs lost, sleep deep for the first time in five years.
Renee arrived at OptiME mid-perimenopause, on antidepressants she didn't think she needed, and exhausted by a body that no longer felt like hers. With hormone-aware protocol design. And ninety days of structure. She came back to herself.
Lily came to OptiME mid-GLP-1, having lost weight but losing strength and energy along with it. The protocol was rebuilt. Adding strength training, protein density, peptide support, and mindset work. Three months later: stronger, leaner, energized.
