What makes this different from a wellness program?

OptiME is a telehealth clinical practice, not a wellness brand. Care is led by board-certified Nurse Practitioners with prescriptive authority. We run comprehensive lab panels, write clinical protocols, prescribe medications including GLP-1 when indicated, and adjust based on real data. Wellness coaches give her recipes. We give her diagnostics, prescriptions, and a 90-day clinical plan tied to her labs.

Do I have to use GLP-1 medication?

No. GLP-1 therapy is one tool among many. Whether it is right for her is a clinical decision made together, based on her history, her labs, and her goals. The program works without medication for women who do not need it or do not want it. The protocol around nutrition, movement, hormones, and recovery does the heavy lifting either way.

What states does OptiME serve?

OptiME currently serves patients across 7 states via telehealth, with our founder Samantha Han, FNP-BC, holding full independent scope of practice in Florida and active clinical presence in California. How long until she sees results?

Many women notice changes in energy, hunger signaling, and body composition within the first 4 to 8 weeks of Reset. Meaningful, durable change typically develops over 4 to 6 months of consistent engagement. Results vary by starting point, adherence, and clinical history. We promise the protocol. We do not promise an outcome.

Does insurance cover this?

OptiME operates outside of insurance to provide the depth of care, lab work, and clinical time that insurance reimbursement cannot support. HSA and FSA funds are typically accepted for the program and labs. We provide superbills she can submit to her insurance for possible partial reimbursement at her plan's discretion.

What is OptiME Sculpt and CORE8?

OptiME Sculpt is the trademarked movement protocol built specifically for the female body after 35. Two sessions per week, 39 minutes each, training in Zones 4 to 5 with full-body resistance. CORE8 is the eight non-negotiable movements that anchor every Sculpt session. Both are proprietary protocols, available only inside the OptiME program.

What happens after the 90 days?

The Reclaim phase, weeks 10 through 12, transitions her from program-supported to independently managing her health. After the 90 days, she has the option to continue with ongoing clinical care, periodic lab work, and protocol adjustments. The program is built to make her independent. Not dependent.

Samantha Han, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women's metabolic and longevity medicine. She trained at UCLA, completed advanced training in hormone optimization and metabolic dysfunction, and built her clinical methodology from a single conviction: that women deserve a standard of care built around thriving, not the absence of disease.

She built OptiME because she could not find it when she needed it. And neither could the hundreds of women who had come to her over a decade of clinical practice, exhausted, gaining weight they couldn't explain, being told their labs were "fine."

OptiME did not start as a company. It started as one woman trying to find her way back to herself.

In 2021, I was postpartum with two babies under eighteen months, far from family, working through a pandemic, and the heaviest and most depleted I had ever been. I had about two hours, twice a week, that I could call my own. And for years, I had been told I was not consistent. That I never finished what I started.

So I stopped trying to build the perfect routine, and built the one I could actually keep. Under forty minutes. Twice a week. Hard enough to clear my mind and give me back to myself. I showed up, rain or shine. And I have kept showing up for five years.

That protocol became OptiME Sculpt. And the lesson inside it became the whole company. You do not need more time, more willpower, or a perfect streak. You need something built for the life you actually live. Something you can return to, again and again.
